This is my signature stack. My personal program is to work with a combination of Mid (15 LB) and Heavy (25-35 LB) hose 3x per week for a 32 minute session. That is all I need for my objectives of being strong, steady, and preventing injury for daily life activity, recreational adventure, and basic competition such as a Half Marathon, Mountain Bike Race, or Olympic Tri. In the below Protocol under Session Layout you’ll see this outlined for you. I suggest you do 1 session focused on Heavy-loaded Base Movements; 1 session focused on Mid-loaded Escalation and Agility Movement, and 1 session mixed-load with each Set as a different work area (Base, Escalation, Agility). Anchor is awesome but it’s optional. Any additional logistics is a barrier to entry that gets in your way of execution. If you have access for Anchor Movement, do it!
